Hi, I’m Mary Smiley and I started practising yoga 10 years ago. After trying many different styles, I decided to train in the Ashtanga Vinyasa method. Ashtanga reflects the ‘rules and discipline’ side of myself and and Vinyasa emphasises the creative side. I teach corporate, one on one, and open classes in some of London’s finest studios. I also offer workshops throughout the year so come along and practice being prepared to laugh, sweat and be challenged!
