Having worked in HR for a number of years, I am well aware of the problems affecting the workforce in todays working environment.  I offer a pop up office yoga service that will benefit both employees and manager alike.

You can choose the time you want the class to run all I need is an empty room and mats to get started.

HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?:

Classes usually last 60 minutes, at a time that is most suitable for your company (early mornings, lunchtime or after work)

HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS PER CLASS?:

The maximum number of participants is solely dependent on the size of the room. Each student needs about 2.5 square meters for a comfortable practice.

DO I NEED ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT?:

Each student has different requirements but the main apparatus needed are mats, blocks and yoga belts. I can provide props for a sample lesson. Should you decide to go ahead with the classes, I can  advise on the purchase of props. The cost is about £15 per student.

WHAT STYLE OF YOGA WOULD BEST SUIT ME/MY STAFF?:

I teach various styles of yoga, ranging from dynamic and vigorous to a slower, calmer flow which is less demanding physically but is equally as effective for strengthening the body and soothing the mind. It would be great to meet the students first to hear what they wish to achieve from the classes. All levels are welcome from complete beginners to the more advanced practitioners.
